SURVEY: Sexual Health Needs of Older Adults in Australia

To whom it may concern at your Prostate Cancer Support Group,

I am a PhD student at the University of Melbourne researching the sexual health needs of older adults in Australia. I am seeking participants aged 60 and over to complete an anonymous online survey. All responses will remain completely confidential, and participants will not be able to be identified in any way.

Older adults have different sexual health needs from younger people and there are very few information sources tailored to older demographics. This research investigates how we can better meet the sexual health information needs of older adults.

Your help with this project would be much appreciated. Please share the link below with your members and others who may be interested.

To access the survey, click here:

Please contact for further information. The survey closes on the 31st of May 2021.

Thank you very much for considering my request.

Kind regards,

Louise Bourchier

July Meeting of AWPCSG is now an online ZOOM meeting

It appeared for a while that we might have been able to have our first face-to-face meeting on July 14th.

However, Corona Virus has other ideas.

The closure of the border and the presence of cases here in our community means it will be in all our interests to continue with Zoom meetings. I am sure we all understand.

Details of Zoom meeting arrangements will be emailed to the contact list in the next few days.

The time will be Tuesday 14th July at 7pm. Stay tuned for an email with the Zoom details.

A big thanks to the Commercial Club who fully understand our need to cancel the club booking and have reversed the payment paid.
